Sanjay Narasimha Swamy

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Sanjay Narasimha Swamy is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Regnant Software Solutions., an American Capital backed firm committed to helping clients actualize the enterprise class Cloud by providing strategy, integration and managed services a company that he set up in India in 2006. He is the driving force of Regnant’s strategic direction and marketing focus. Under his leadership, Regnant Software Solutions has grown into a million dollar, global software Services Corporation. Under Sanjay’s leadership, Regnant grew from 4 employees in 2006 to 125 employees after 6 years. From its early days as an IT strategic consulting firm, Regnant gradually developed into a full-service IT and Logistic and Supply Chain Management Services by adding systems integration and IT and Ecommerce to its offering Sanjay began his professional career as an IT practitioner. He has been involved with every phase of IT systems development and implementation, both at an operational and management level. He has also managed major transformation projects for Regnant clients in all of the economic sectors served by the company.

Sanjay is a Enthusiast who believes in empowerment of business users for unlocking the immense potential that provide. Suresh Jaishankar

Vice President – Technology Infrastructure Services & Information Security

Suresh Jaishankar is responsible for entire global IT operations including Information Systems Group and Systems Technology Group at Regnant Software Solutions. He also heads Info Security Governance and Infrastructure Management Services. Suresh Jaishankar has 18 years of industry experience in the field of Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS) and Security. Before Regnant, he was the Security Program Manager – Microsoft Information Security, Service Management Division of United Airlines where he was responsible for IT/IS/Security and Infrastructure Business. His earlier stints included working for organizations like Motor Oil Hellas, DBS Bank, Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc in leadership positions. Suresh Jaishankar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University, a Masters in Business Administration, Technology and General Management from Anna University.

Gauri, B

Global Director – Human Resource

Gauri leads the global human resources organization and is focused on building the Regnant culture—a fun, high-performance culture with people who care about “making a difference” with our customers and in our communities. She and her team are responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies to scale with rapid growth, to include recruitment, total rewards, talent and executive development, and HR systems and operations Gauri is the Global Director of Human Resources at Regnant where she maintains global responsibility for performance management, benefits and compensation, training and development, and employee relations for the company. As a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience, Regnant has led the strategic development, execution and management of global human resource teams for organizations ranging in size from small, private start-ups to large, public Fortune 500 firms.

Gauri joins Regnant from Vangaurd where she was the Manager of Human Resources for three business units spanning multiple sites across the U.S., Canada and India. In her role Gauri led the talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and performance management, and training for over 500 worldwide employees. Prior to her tenure at TI, Gauri was the Human Resources Director for VoIP software provider, Fidelity, where she successfully created and implemented a human resources infrastructure and played an instrumental role in the sale of the company to Vaguard. Gauri has also held human resources leadership roles startup computer consulting company, and various government contracting and technology organizations. Gauri holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bangalore University. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS).
